The Wilhelmsstift was built 1588 - 1593 as Collegium Illustre (Academy for the Nobility) as designed by Georg Beer over an earlier Franciscan monastery. Since 1817 seminary for Catholic theologians.

There's a nice clock over the main entrance and also a beautiful Coat of Arms.
