This mark is along the Boston Harborwalk in the John Joseph Moakley United States Courthouse Harborpark. It is a barely-legible disk set in the granite seawall, between a bollard and a ladder.

The disk reads "US ENGINEER DEPARTMENT STA" and has some stampings that may or may not read "ELEVEN." The mark is best reached by car, walking along the harbor until you find it in the granite blocks.
