This statue is in Audubon Park in Henderson, Kentucky. According to a plaque on the statue, this statue was dedicated to the young men who served in the Civilian Conservation Corps 1933-1942. The CCC Boys Camp Cromwell-Company #1540 located in Henderson, Kentucky created Audubon State Park.
