The fountain is located in the Old Courthouse Sqaure. The side that has cascading water features ocean scenes with fish and whales. In total there are 8 panels.
Other scenes feature Santa Rosa history as well as Sonoma county history. Images on the relief are logging trucks, agricultural barns, dancers, Charlie Brown and company, a bear and redwood forests.
