Long Description:
The American flag waves proudly on top of this nautical flag pole in front of the Sergeant Floyd Riverboat Museum and Welcome Center. Several other waymarks are located in this area, and the visitor will want to take time to tour the museum and learn more about the Lewis and Clark expedition. The Army Corps of Engineers used the riverboat as a survey and inspection vessel when it was in operation.
