Foucault pendulum, with 11 meters high and that shows the Earth rotating around its axis, in the presence of Minister of Science and Technology. Minister Gago will burn the tape, the National Day of Scientific and Technological Culture, giving the first impetus to the Foucault pendulum, by repeating the procedures performed in 1851 by Jean Bernard Leon Foucault
