A vertical slab of gray granite, with the American flag at the top and an eagle insignia just below. The bottom half of the monument carries the inscription:

Description of Memorial:
The monument is located in Veterans Park, a small park that has a number of monuments symbolizing the sacrifices our veterans have made in the struggle for freedom during war and peace. It is easily seen from the sidewalk and stands near the center of the park.
