Zippy visited Griffith Observatory with his friend Griffy. While looking out the telescope, they switched to observing a local star, Cameron Diaz and the possibility of her intersecting paths with Miramax Mogul Harvey Weinstein.

I didn't get matching Zippy photos, because the scene in the strip shows the observatory from the back side, which means you have to be down the hill in the brush. The vantage point may not be possible, I'm not sure. Anyway, pictures of the front side of the observatory's left wing (as are the coordinates) and an inside view of the telescope in the left dome.
Zippy and Griffy also visited here July 20, 2000, and August 6, 2000.
