There is a stone post/marker which memorializes this 19th century dog on the front yard of Mitchell Fire Co. 3. The post is in the center of a round circle of intermittently sunk, rectangular stones flush with the ground. The marker simply reads CAPP Died May 11, 1882. The stone is easily seen from the sidewalk. Parking is to the right of the firehouse.
