This memorial is a simple obelisk surrounded by railings, it stands just outside Stainsby Mill under the trees. The inscription reads 'Erected in grateful and loving memory to the brave men of Ault Hucknall who gave their lives in the Great War)

On the side it says 1939-1945 and the names.
