The Anglo South Chambers Bank has had a number of incarnations as pubs. It was called the Admiral Nelson, the Hogs Head and now finally the Old Bank pub.

The pub itself has now fallen on hard times and closed in 2010.

I have tried finding details of the bank on the web but can’t find any reference to it.

Apart from the name of the pub, the only clue that the building used to be a bank is the name above the doors as can be seen in the picture gallery.
