This clock is a Bremerton icon. It was donated by jeweler Jorgen Nelson to the Kitsap County Historical Society in 2000. Craftsmen from around the Puget Sound area lovingly restored it and it was dedicated in it's present location in front of the Kitsap Museum in November 2001. The fascinating story of the clock's restoration can be found here. The clock is in perfect working order, beautifully lit at night and the clock works inside are visible through glass panes in the base.
