Located on lawn of one of the buildings owned by Stanislaus County, there is a display of a cannon, a sensory garden, and a statue of the individual for whom the county is named, plus 2 tall monuments for the Korean, Gulf, Vietnam and World Wars.

In addition to listing the names of those who perished in the service of their country, are engraved sentiments that represent the gratitude our country extends for this sacrifice on our behalf.

"This silent tribute to the fallen heroes of Stanislaus County who gave their lives for family and country that Freedom and Peace may endure. they bravely fought not for fame or glory but for Libery and Right. We treasure their memory and honor their deeds, for they belong to use for eternity. Their names shall not be forgotten."

"Who Kept the faith
and fought the fight."

"Honor We treasure them in memory
Of Our countrys sacrifice."

"Their Country asked for thir life
and their life they gave."

"They fought for liberty and right
They died in freedoms cause."

"In Love, in grief, in pride
