'Flow' was the first art installation by the City of Lakewood as part of the Alameda Cornerstone Plan (http://www.doverkohl.com/files/pdf/Alameda.pdf ). The piece sits on a traffic island at the busy intersection of Alameda and Sheridan. I did carefully cross traffic to get close-up shots. That is not required for anyone else. Please be safe! The piece is also illuminated at night. (visit link)
