On sunday, twenty first of march 2010, was opened the second minibrewery
in Bratislava.
There was a lot of beer drunk in Pressburg. In 1752 second brewery started to be built.
The project was ordered to the builders Römisch and Hildebrant with proudly name "Die
Burgerliche Brauerei". "The Burgess" was leased by the city to a rich family of the
burgher Michael Specht for a long term. Later in 1880 was brewery purchased by the
Deutsch family. Its overall quality was from the start boldy comparable with the
quality of Bavarian breweries. The city brewery and the restaurant with veranda were
on Rybne square.
Pub and restaurant is located in the city center, near Obchodna street, with a capacity
of approximately 220 persons. Estimated annual volume is 800 hectoliters exhibitions.
At the moment is produced 12 degree bratislava´s lager. In the future, there will be black
lager, and over time perhaps some special one. The offer includes also Sessler
11.5 ° dark and non-alcoholic Radegast Birell.
Beer is non-filtered and non-pasteurized and so it contains live yeast. Beer is
carbonized which means that oxidation or beer aging is prevented. Since unfiltered beer
does not come into contact with oxygen, rotting is avoided which has a positive impact
on its quality. Subsequently, nice hop odour of beer is released and its repletion or
greater taste richness is emphasized.

V nedelu 21. marca 2010 bol otvoreny druhy bratislavsky pivovar.
V Presporku sa odjakziva vypilo vela piva. V roku 1752 sa zacalo so stavbou druheho
pivovaru. Projekt zadali mestania stavitelom Romischovi a Hildebrantovi, mal hrde
meno "Die Burgerliche Brauerei“. Mestiak mala dlhodobo v prenajme od mesta bohata rodina
mestana Michaela Spechta, neskor v roku 1880 presiel pivovar kupou od mesta do ruk rodiny
Deutschovcov. Jeho celkova uroven bola od pociatku smelo porovnatelna s urovnou bavorskych
pivovarov. Kvalitou piva sa im veru vyrovnala. Mestsky pivovar a restauracia s verandou
sa nachadzali na Rybnom namesti.
Pivaren s restauraciou sa nachadza v centre mesta, blizko Obchodnej ulice, s kapacitou
priblizne 220 osôb. Predpokladany rocny objem vystav je 800 hektolitrov. Momentalne sa
vari 12 stupnovy Bratislavsky leziak, v buducnosti by malo pribudnut cierne pivko a casom
mozno aj nejaky specialik. V ponuke sa nachadzaju este capovany Sessler 11,5° tmavy
a nealkoholicky Radegast Birell.
Pivo sa nefiltruje a nepasterizuje, teda obsahuje zive kvasinky. Pivo je pretlacane
sterilnym dusikom, cim sa zabranuje oxidacii, a starnutiu piva. Kedze pivo neprichadza
do styku s kyslikom, nedochadza ani k zvetravaniu, co ma pozitivny vplyv na jeho kvalitu.
V dosledku toho sa uvolnuje prijemna chmelova aroma piva a zvyraznuje sa jeho plnost ci
vacsia bohatost chuti.
