There is no indication of what type service station once occupied this building which is built diagonally on the southeast corner of W. Kansas Avenue and S. Sixth Street in Chickasha.
Today, it is operated as the Chickasha Smoke Shop, which offers a drive-thru window, utilizing the original service drive.
This is a gray-painted concrete block building with a flat roof. Wood paneling on the front is also painted gray. There is a wood shingled awning above the storefront and a pedestrian entrance which is a single glass door with a display window to the west. A second window and a drive-thru window are located to the west of the entrance.
The building has a large asbestos shingle roofed canopy over the service drive. A concrete pad shows where the pumps were once located, however, they have been removed.
