The new skating arena is located directly on the Jüterbog Flaeming Skate and is appreciated by connoisseurs as the best track in Germany. It has a digital time recording with backup, lap counter and display panel, a sound system with wireless UHF microphone and floodlights for night operation. Even an electronic timing, starting and finishing at the skate arena is possible.
In addition to an oval track of 200 meters long and 5.85 meters wide and a hockey field of 20x40 meters, there are some additional equipment that allow a multi-functional operation.
800 covered and 600 free seats allow many viewers to witness first hand the fast sports on soft rolls.

Die neue Skate-Arena Jüterbog liegt unmittelbar an der Flaeming-Skate und wird von Kennern als beste Bahn Deutschlands geschätzt. Sie verfügt über eine digitale Zeiterfassung mit Backup, Rundenzähler und Anzeigendisplay, eine Beschallungsanlage mit drahtlosem UHF-Mikrofon und eine Flutlichtanlage für Nachtbetrieb. Selbst eine elektronische Zeitmessung mit Start und Ziel an der Skate-Arena ist möglich.
Neben einer ovalen Bahn von 200 Metern Länge und 5,85 Metern Breite sowie einem Hockeyfeld von 20x40 Metern gibt es zahlreiche ergänzende Einrichtungen, die einen multifunktionalen Betrieb gestatten.
800 überdachte und 600 freie Sitzplätze ermöglichen zahlreichen Zuschauern, den schnellen Sport auf leisen Rollen hautnah mitzuerleben.
Die Skate-Arena Jüterbog eignet sich als Trainingscamp für Profis, als Studienort für eigene Leistungen oder als Austragungsort für hochkarätige Wettkämpfe. Im August 2005 sorgten hier die Bahnwettbewerbe der Europameisterschaften im Speedskating für Furore.
