Palette Town's crowning highlight is the Giant Sky Wheel, towering 377 feet, the world's tallest when it opened in 1999.
The theme here is color, which is carried over into this arcade with lots of lights. It is located off the central courtyard on the lower level.
Palette town can be accessed from the automated transit system (Aomi Station), water bus, and street bus.
