Crescent Moon looks exactly like you'd expect from the title: a white marbled color, crescent moon shaped sculpture. A similarly shaped piece is behind the moon, with three prongs securing the first piece outward. It is about 4 foot long, not including the base, which is a foot high triangular prism. Each of the two crescent-shaped pieces have several notches in them, which aids in the appearance of a curvature.
**June 2014: Crescent Moon was re-installed at a new location: the south side of Mitch Park, off of Covell. Coordinates have been updated, and a new photo added to show the current location.
