The Dave Blue Trading Post marker is on the north side of Highway 9, on the southeast corner of Lake Thunderbird in Norman.
It is on the NE corner of Highway 9 (Imhoff Rd) and 48th Ave. SE. Parking is limited, and only on 48th Ave. Please be careful of traffic at the corner!

Dave Blue Trading Post
Located 1 mi. S of here on Chisholm Cattle Trail, also called Arbuckle Cattle Trail. Blue hired Cherokees and Creeks to kill wild buffalo in early 1870's, and to deliver the hides to Atoka for shipment east.
