This bakery brings a ton of fans to Hoboken, NJ. The line to enter was two blocks long so I didn't get to go inside. When I left I checked out the alley behind Carlo's Bake Shop where scenes are also filmed. I happened to see Joe who is one of the pastry chefs outside about to head to a delivery. A family had stopped him to take photos.
