From 18 to 21 November will be more than 40 national and international participants to attend. Among those attending the focus is on the Portuguese convents, monasteries of Spain, Abbeys of France and Belgium and also shares originating from Madeira and the Azores. Some of these recipes are centuries old, born in religious but one of the ironies is that the center of all this is a cardinal sin greatly appreciated: gluttony.
