I found this bridge by accident while wandering around in the suburbs of the Bulgarian town of Veliko Tarnovo (also known as Veliko Turnovo). Although it has a generic crossing function, most of the pedestrian traffic would be related with the nearby factory, which looks abandoned now. It crosses the Yantra river. It's about 50 m long.
