This old Southern Pacific cabose has seen better days, but I hope that they will be able to restore it in the future. The Depot is a waymark, as is the "Conductor" chainsaw wood carving beside the caboose. Here's a chance to rack up three-for-one on your outing to this quiet countryside museum. These were built by SP for SP and T&NO between 1940 and 1942. Numbered SP #1050-1234 and T&NO #400-429. These were the last cupola type cars built or bought by SP or its subsidiary's. Source: (
