Ice skating ring is situated on the roof of new Shopping mall Harfa. For public is opened from 1:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (or 10:00 p.m. depends on the week day - see ring page (visit link)
Mornings are booked for schools.

Entrance is free. Next to ring is ice skates rental - fee of rent is 60 Kc.
