This is 'The Cell'. It's an artwork of Lutz Ackermann and ten prisioners of the local prison. It is located in Rottenburg, Germany, Baden-Württemberg.

The ten prisoners built the plates of concrete. Each of them is individual. The artist Lutz Ackermann put them together with old steel and two old prison doors. So he built 'The Cell'.
