The plaque says, "The Panels depict the Wei Empress in procession with ladies of the court. They were reproduced from the 6th-centruy Wei Dynasty carvings found at the Lung Men caves at Honan. It is reported that some 800,000 artist and craftsmen carved and decorated over the 20100 caves in the region." These are near the boat dock and from here you can see Maui on a clear day.
