This fountain was built in 1862. The artist was Rudolf Heinrich Meili.
It has two basins, from Elisabethenstrasse you only see the upper one and the column with Saint Elisabeth and the two swan-shaped pipes. The viewing direction of the statue suggests that this is the front side of the fountain, but the larger lower basin is only visible from Klosterberg when you're at the back side.
