This wonderful piece speaks that not only humans need this planet to survive. Below is from the artists website:
“The heart of my inspiration is the love for nature and the universe. My commitment of creation is to make art that can inspire others to extend spaces of self expression and also to develop the noble values in human beings”.
As an artist, day to day I choose the mission of contributing with my artwork in beautifying the planet! Along with impulsing the enrichment of the conversation that promotes the conservation of nature, equality among humans and world peace.
My commitment is stronger in these uncertain times, where the world seems to dissolve between our hands. I feel completely committed to creating art in all its possible forms; such as the possibility of recreating this universal language where human beings connect to invent a world that functions and will be conserved safe for all.
Art is the always possible constant in where man can discover that all is possible and that liberty is a process of auto creation and infinite expansion.
After a successful business life, in 1999 at 45 years old, I decided to change my life’s direction and during meditation, I could hear within my interior, there existed an intense calling to be an artist. In front of me were moments of confusion and new found emotions. For the first time I was facing my heart and the possibility to be true to myself. Following my instincts, I don’t know how I was able to unite all my strength and be able to walk through my fears. Trembling, I took one of the most revolutionary determinations of my life: go for my dream and live my passion; the possibility for expressing that which for a long time I kept hidden in my heart; holding passionately to the decision to be an sculptural artist.
My life transformed in its totality. Today I feel part of a community of persons who through their artistic work contribute to universal harmony and I feel profoundly proud of each and every one of them. I feel free and completely happy, giving myself the freedom to express with fortitude my sculptural proposals with messages of liberty, because I also give myself the liberty to be touched by things that occur in the world, that mine our equality and respect for nature.
Being an admirer of all the manifestations of art, my fundamental passion is in Three Dimensional Art; without leaving behind the practice of other fascinating facets such as photography, singing, architecture and the possibility of cinematography. My passion is the creation of unique and transcendent sculpture pieces.
Basically I am a self taught artist; multidisciplinary, experimenter and inventor, learning by the experience of my work created each day in my studio and other places. I am an intense and curious observator; receiving a great amount of inspiration from artists such as Frank Gehry, Alexander Calder, Calatraba, Guadi, Picasso, Dali, Rodin, Duchamp amongst others, also very strongly through the conversations and contributions of my fellow community artists, critics and curators."
