This is Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad Station in Antonito. The C&TSRR call themselves "America's highest & longest narrow gauge scenic railroad". They have 64 miles of historic narrow gauge track that runs from Antonito through Osier, Colorado to Charma, New Mexico.
The GPSr numbers below are from 11am. GPSr was 173 feet lower than the train station numbers. After the train ride to Osier and back, at 6pm the GPSr read 8076 feet which is 188 feet higher than the train station numbers.
