This memorial/monument can be found to the right, in front of the Mount Holly Municipal center located at 23 Washington Street. The monument is a black, polished monument, roughly hewn all around, shaped like a cemetery stone. It is raised up on a rectangular socle, also roughly hewn. There is a broken, gray slate walkway which leads up to it form the sidewalk.

The logo of the police department is on the stone with the inscription, which reads:
