This overlook is located about 6 miles N of Oil City, PA (16301) in Oil Creek state Park. It's accessible via the park's Gerard hiking trail and also by the cross country ski trails. There are three overlooks in the park. This is the southern-most of the two on the eastern side of the valley. There are park maps available at the park office, the CC ski trails parking lot, and several other places throughout the park. Park website with map download (.pdf file):
