The octagonal gazebo has built-in seating for about 10 via bolted green benches to the wooden floor. The balustrades are made of vinyl and the floor of wood. There are cedar shingles on the roof which gives way to a another smaller tiered roof, shingled covered again on top of which is a vinyl cupola with a small cedar shingled roof. There are benches around the gazebo in this park-like environment with four different angled walkways made with pavers leading from the sidewalk of both sides of the intersection to the gazebo in the enter of this parcel of land.
