There are two doggy tombstones located on the left side of this historic firehouse. The first is for Molly who was killed going to a fire on August 25, 1915. The stone is white and sun bleached. The second and much more recent is for Jake who died on July 4, 2001. This two is a white tombstone. The stones are in the mulch bed, a foot from the base of the building.
