This Upping Stone is made of concrete and has the name of W. E. May and the date 10/13/1913 on it. This was the May Store, as the name is also in the doorway to the present business, an antique and candy store. Both Upping Stones are on the street corners in front of the store, this one has two old horse shoes mounted in the pavement near it.
