The building at 108 E. Main is a two-story brick building, with retail space on the first floor and meeting rooms on the second. The first floor is occupied by Applegate's Attic, a store which sells quilts, antique furniture, toiletries and other household items. This building is located in the downtown area where antique stores abound.
At the roofline at the front of the building is a concrete block engraved with I.O.O.F. The second floor of this building is occupeid by the local IOOF Lodge No. 540. They meet on Monday evenings at 7:30. The Rebekah Lodge No. 324 meets here on Thursday evenings at 7:30.
