This little camp field is a small patch of green grass amongst the alluvial rubble of the valley floor. Accessed over a small stile with pub nearby. Camping for hardy campers amongst England's best scenery.

The camp site has limited facilities. The field walls are built from rocks rolled down by the rivers. Toilets are over in the main building. There are no showers. Pay at Barn Door outdoor shop.
Staying here puts you amongst Lakeland's best scenery, ready for a quick start on the tallest fells around. No 2 hour drive. Up and away.
