High-quality stonework monument made by Italian sculptor Giovani Battista Bulla is dominant feature of main square (Kupka square) in Opocno. On the top of the Corinthian Column there is a statue of Immaculata and around the column are located statues of four patrons saint - St. Rochus, St. Sebastian, St. Charles Borromeo and St. Francis Xavier.

Kvalitní kamenická práce z roku 1718 od italského sochare Giovana Battisty Bully tvorí významnou dominantu prostoru Kupkova námestí. Obsahuje nadživotní plastiky morových svetcu (Roch, Šebestián, Karel Boromejský, František Xaverský) a korintský sloup s plastikou Panny Marie Immaculaty ve vrcholu. Sousední kašna v podobe kvadrilobu je dokladem barokního kamenického remesla užitkového charakteru.
