Here is a waymark that belongs in the Entertainment-->(TV)/Movie Locations category. It needs pictures of the actual place, the Ritz Diner in New York City.
The outside of the Ritz Diner in New York City is used as a lead-in to scenes in Rules of Engagement. In the TV show, it is known as the Island Diner.
After capturing this screen shot from the TV show, The Rules of Engagement, I thought surely this must be somewhere in NYC where the TV show is depicted. The big clue in the scene is that the street sign says "W62 St" or West 62nd Street. Since this street isn't that long, I used Google Street View to "drive" down the street and look around. I found the Ritz Diner at East 62nd Street, instead of West!

It turns out that the Ritz Diner at East 62 Street and 1st Avenue has the exact same profile as the Island Diner. Note the tall glass windows with dull-beige framing and the red awning that says "Open 24 Hrs." With the magic of TV editing the Ritz Diner was edited to provide the exterior scene for the Island Diner in the TV show.
