In and near the busy tourist area of the city of Bangkok, and facing the busy Thanon Lan Luang road, and overlooking a footpath packed with street vendors selling lottery tickets, is the 'The Government Lottery Office'. A short distance south from the main doors of this building, mounted on the building's exterior brick wall, is a public clock. The clock itself is fairly pedestrian in design, but it is surrounded by the winning lottery numbers. So, while the clock itself will receive few direct glances, it is guaranteed to always have an attentative audience.
