One of many Oklahoma Century Farms, a program launched in 1989 by Governor Henry Bellmon. According to the Century Farm website, over 800 families have since joined the program.
Here are the requirements to qualify for this award/acknowledgement:
To qualify for the program, (1) the family must have occupied the land for at least 100 years, (b) it must be a working farm or ranch of at least 40 acres, (3) it must have $1,000 in annual sales, and (4) it must be operated by or lived on by a family member, or be leased by a family member over age 65. Historic structures awards are given if four or more buildings or structures remain on the land that are at least 50 years old.
This Boling Farm Oklahoma Century Farm sign is located at the NW corner of Covell and Meridian.

There is a large billboard about a mile or two away that advertises the hay and grass that Boling Farm sells. Their website indicates they sell cattle also, and at the Century Farm Sign location there were cattle about and a barn.
