Khao San Rd is home to a vast horde of young people, backpackers, camping in its convivial and accommodating environment. One of the structures, the 'Buddy Hotel', along this busy 500 metres has on its high top a public clock. Regrettably, the clock is partially obscured when seen from the street, however, it is there. The clock is working, but it always seems to be 10min slow.
