As you exit Congress Park onto Route 9, a cycling node sign shows the separation of Cycling Routes B & C (B goes straight, C turns left).
Congress Park is a nicely manicured park that includes several mineral springs, a duck pond, a working carousel, and the old Canfield Casino, which is now the home of the Saratoga Springs Historical Society. A nice place to bike through.
