The Springstead School located on Highway 182 out of Park Falls, Wisconsin is full of history. My Mother and her siblings went to this school in the late 1930's. My Grandmother was the cook as was my Aunt and this is the first school my other Aunt taught at. My cousins attended this school in the 1960's. The school closed in the early 1980's and then served as the Town of Sherman Town Hall until a new town hall was built back in the 1990's.
The building is in wonderful condition, hardwood floors, wood woodwork. It is presently for sale.
