The courthouse in Shelbyville, Illinois was a cold war era fallout shelter.
There is a fallout sign on the back entrance also.
I cannot read the capaciy on either one.
All that is left of the numbers is a blank with two zeros.
The courthouse was closed when we were there, so no inside pictures.
