The store is different to the usual Mall variety as it is spread over two storeys. A glass staircase runs up the centre connecting the two levels. There are glass panels in the centre of the ceiling giving the store a very light and open feel. On the second floor there is a 48 seat lecture theatre/teaching area where the public can learn about particular products. It also contains a Genius Bar to assist customers with their problems. The ground floor has the latest products for the public to try. Numerous staff are on hand to assist.
