This simple but grateful memorial is located on the Artesia City Hall grounds in Eddy County New Mexico. Artesia is a very unique, artistic and interesting town very worthy of this memorial.

It is located on the very nice grounds of the small southern New Mexico towns city hall grounds in the downtown area.
