The Frankfort Square Park District recently constructed Lighthouse Pointe Park with workout stations along the walking trail.

The workout stations consist of the following if you follow the walking trail clockwise from the parking area:
Stationary Bike
Leg Press
Seated Chest Press

Each station has written and pictoral directions available on the equipment.
Number of Stations: 3

Wheelchair Accessible: Seated Chest Press only

Degree of Difficulty: Low
