This station is located in Chelmsford, MA, along the former Framingham/Lowell division of the New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad, which has been transformed into the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail. The station is a MassDPW Traverse Station standard disk, stamped -79 U-, set in a 6.0 in. x 6.0 in square concrete monument. The MassHighway datasheet description (emphasis mine) for Point ID 7363 is as follows:

(THE STATION IS) ABOUT 1.3 MI. SOUTHWEST OF THE (CHELMSFORD) CENTER, ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE NYNH&H RAILROAD (BRUCE FREEMAN RAIL TRAIL), 26.5 FT. NORTHWEST OF NORTHWEST RAIL (TRAIL PAVEMENT EDGE), 411.7 FT NORTHEAST OF HIGH STREET GRADE CROSSING, 3.6 FT. SOUTHEAST OF RIGHT-OF-WAY FENCE.

The description is adequate. However, the 26.5 ft. measure from the rail to the mark may be more in the order of 25.5 ft from the new pavement edge of the trail, since the rails are no longer in place. At the time of this recovery, there was a wood stake at the station, and ribbons on adjacent trees as well. Although the original description of the station states that the top of the monument was 1 inch above ground, it is actually flush with the ground due to buildup of humus earth since the monument setting took place. The mark was recovered in good condition.

A card sketch of the station is available with the datasheet.
