Long Description:

[CZ] Dum panu z Lipe, drive nazyvan Schwanzuv palac, byl postaven mezi lety 1243 az 1260. Jiz na konci 13. stoleti zachvatil dum pozar. Od pocatku se v dome vystridalo mnoho majitelu, vcetne Cenka z Lipe, ktery vlastnil dum do roku 1539. Pote dum ziskal kupec s vinem Krystof Schwanz, ktery se zaslouzil o renesancni podobu domu tak jak jej zname dnes. Na rekonstrukci se podilel italsky mistr Antonio Gabri, sochy pochazeji od italskeho sochare Giorgia Giraldiho. V roce 1945 byl dum znacne poskozen pri osvobozovani Brna. Dum byl kompletne zrekonstruovan v roce 2005, soucasnym majitelem je Radek Jancura (Studen Agency s.r.o.).
V soucasne dobe dum slouzi jako kulturni, obchodni a turisticke centrum. V dome je situovano nekolik restauraci, obchodu, turisticke a informacni centrum a predprodejni misto jizdenek a letenek spolecnosti Student Agency.

[EN] Dum panu z Lipe (House of Lords of Lipa, formerly called Schwanz Palace) was built between 1243 and 1260. Renaissance appearance of the house dates from the 16th century by the architect Antonio Gabri and the sculptor Giorgio Giraldi. In 2005 was house reconstrued.
There are tourist and cultural information centre, shops and restaurants in this time. There you can buy tickets from Student Agency.
